LPUC eNews – Sunday 27 September 2020
RETURN TO WORSHIP THIS SUNDAY – 27th September 2020
After prayerful consideration the Church Council has decided that our worship service will commence 10.15am on this Sunday 27th September 2020.
Everyone needs to register their intent to be present each Sunday with Beryl Bool (home phone 9759 4201, mobile 0405 686 109 or email address beryl.bool01@gmail.com). We can only accommodate 26 people on the ground floor and 12 people on the Mezzanine. These numbers include service leaders.
When you arrive you will be booked-in by Beryl, tested for your temperature and asked the following questions:
- Are you feeling unwell?
- Have you visited a hot spot?
The chairs are set out in the church as singles, couples or families in accordance with social distancing – please don’t move or add chairs. The stewards will direct you to a seat.
Please note the following:
- Maintain hand hygiene (hand sanitizer will be available)
- We would prefer that masks be worn until you are seated and when service is over the masks be replaced (masks will be available if you don’t have one)
- No singing or humming is allowed
- No mingling in the Foyer after the service – the car park is an option
- Morning tea will not be provided
- A retiring offering will be available and a box will be provided at the door
Despite all of the above, we are looking forward to coming back to worship and sharing fellowship together.
For those that don’t come on Sunday mornings, the service will still be on YouTube and the full script will be available from your Pastoral Carer.
Sunday School will not resume until school returns for Term 4.
If you have any questions, please call Rev Il-Woong Kim (0417 648 016) or Pamela Hanna (0418 642 171).
This Sunday’s message can still be viewed here. Then click on the “Online Church” TAB. If the message is not already loaded, it will be loaded shortly.
Please also use the LPUC Worship Resources that have been emailed out to you recently. If you would like further resources, please contact your pastoral care (Church Council) leader. God bless.
