Welcome to Lugarno Peakhurst Uniting Church on this Sunday, 25th May 2025. Today, we listen to the words of Jesus in John 14, where He promises His disciples the Holy Spirit. Jesus reminds us that love is shown in obedience, that the Holy Spirit is our guide and teacher, and that His peace is not like the peace the world gives. As we worship today, may we open our hearts to receive that peace. May we listen for the Spirit’s voice and respond with love and trust. Let us worship our Lord who is with us, who teaches us, and who gives us peace beyond understanding.
