In today’s Scripture reading, the story continues from John 9 where Jesus healed a man on the Sabbath, who had been blind since birth. We see a stark contrast between Jesus’ faultless spiritual leadership compared to the Jewish Religious Leaders, the Pharisees, whom Jesus refers to as Thieves and Robbers compared to genuine followers of Jesus.
