Welcome to Lugarno Peakhurst Uniting Church on this Sunday, 1st June 2025. This is the last Sunday of the Easter Season and next Sunday is Pentecost: the day when Jesus’ followers in the Upper Room received the Holy Spirit. Focus of this week is Jesus’ prayer in the gospel of John 17. In this prayer, Jesus prays for us–for all people who come to believe. Jesus prays for His friends that they would be united with Him and with one another. Hope you may learn and gain something from today’s service.
