Our Mission is to
Connect with people in Jesus;
Build each other up in faith; and to
Become Like Jesus.

Sunday 9.30am.  From Keith’s Desk … In today’s message we will be looking at one of ‘The Attributes of God’ specifically Love. God knows every single person of His creation and He knows us far more deeply than we know ourselves. There is nothing we can discover about ourselves that is hidden from Him. We love God because He first loved us. How does God look at us? He sees us through the eyes of love and this love has nothing to do with what we do. There is nothing that you and I can do which would convince God to love us more than He already does.

Divine love is unconditional, unlimited and unending, but it also seeks to purify us and help us grow. God will not overlook our behaviour or our unfaithfulness. It is because He loves us that He disciplines us. God allowed the Lord Jesus to pay the ultimate price through His death on the Cross in order to restore mankind’s relationship with Him. In saying no other sacrifice would suffice; that is how seriously God views our sin.

As well as looking at God’s love for us and our love for God, we will also look at our love for one another and love for ourselves. Let us never forget that Calvary is the supreme demonstration of God’s Divine Love. Whenever we are tempted to doubt the love of God, we should look back at Calvary.

… May God’s richest Blessing be with you all, Keith

Sundays@5Serving When it’s hard.  Jesus gave us the great commission to go and make disciples of all nations. This wasn’t an option it was a command. We are his servants so why do we wait for others to serve us first? Serving Jesus is not always conventional and usual isn’t convenient but we are called to serve and being obedient to God pays off. During the message we will look at why we should be ready to serve Jesus at any time and in any way.

Thorny Questions: Hypocrisy.

God Revolution Video 14 – Winning the spiritual war.  Do you know someone who has experienced the oppression of the enemy? Bernard in the video above, felt that God was there even when he had lost touch with reality.  But Bernard found that he had a good friend. “I just sensed that Jesus was sitting in the pit with me. And He was saying, ‘I am not going to let you go. I am going to be with you all the way and we are going to make it out together.”  The good news for Bernard is that he has been set free and he loves God – He is real. “I can tell others that Jesus is real.”  If God is for us who can be against us.
